The Deeper Dive
3 months | 6 sessions
Take several months with space in between coaching sessions to discover and grow a deeper sense of wellbeing, and ways to manage a transition in your life
Going the Distance
6 months - 12 months | 12- 24 sessions
Ongoing coaching gives you time for sustainable health, wellness, and transition discovery, planning, growth, change, and accountability.
Reset Session
Schedule a reset session to get back on track and continue your wellbeing journey

We will develop a plan and program that meets your needs based on the product you are interested in
Group Coaching
For a groups up to 10 clients that are interested in participating in a supportive group coaching experience that meets weekly for 4-6 sessions to develop wellness and life transitions goals and strategies, for a better sense of wellbeing, and more balanced daily life.
Discussion Groups
Select a topic that interest you to participate in, and discuss, reflect, and develop plans for next steps
Wellness Retreat
For a group of 10 clients that are interested in a supportive ½ or full day of wellness education, coaching, and activities. Each participant will leave with a wellness plan for renewed energy, and a positive mindset.
Coaching sessions include identifying health, wellness, and life transition priority areas, goal and strategy development, and wellness visioning for change and growth.
The packages determine the depth of discovery and the length of time you choose, to best meet your needs.
